Bilingual HR Generalist in Toronto!

Key Role Responsibilities:
• Employment/Pay Equity plans in the province of Quebec related to the Quebec sales and marketing group (20%)
• Managing Workers Compensation and CSST, as well as assisting locations maximize their rebate potential (10%)
• Involvement in labor relations and negotiations, as well as the wind down of the Ontario Logistics Center (20%)
• Benefit design and cost containment strategies and communication with associates, retirees and the insurance carriers (10%)
• Recruitment and hiring and on-boarding (15%)
• Competitive salary surveys/market surveys (5%)
• PMP (Performance Management) process-communication, training and follow-up (15%)
• Day to day, employee relations issues (5%)
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience of as an HR Generalist
• Post Secondary Education or working towards an CHRP
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Full knowledge of Quebec HR Policies and unionized environments
• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
