Bevertec CST Inc. is seeking energetic and team-oriented Bilingual (French)Technical Recruiters to work in our Mississauga Office. Bevertec’s recruiting process is truly a team effort therefore it is imperative that the candidates be able to work with others toward a common goal.
Qualified candidates must have the drive to succeed, have excellent communication (both written and verbal), listening skills, professional work ethic, great phone personality, strong negotiation skills, ability to solve problems, strong interpersonal skills and a proven performance record.
Responsible for:
– Utilizing internal database and job boards to identify qualified candidates
– Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
– Responsible to ensure that candidates meet client expectations by:
o Conducting phone screens
o Conducting In house interviews
o Reference and background checks
o Negotiating
– Maintain excellent documentation
– Been creative in attracting qualified candidates for contract and permanent / full-time placement
– Prepare resumes for presentation to clients
– Preparing candidates for client interview
– Follow up with consultants
– Building relationships
Educational & Experience Requirements:
– Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing or related field
– Strong PC, and internet skills (Windows Environment - MS Word, Out Look, Excel).
– Previous IT Recruiting experience is an asset
Assets:
– Knowledge of technical terms, including programming languages, operating systems, networks, and databases.
