JOB TITLE: RECRUITERFIELD FORCE SERVICES– 6 MONTH CONTRACT (POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION AND / OR PERMANENT POSITION)
REPORTS TO: Shopper Resources Manager
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. May include some evenings and weekends as required
SALARY: $11.00 Per Hour

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Sensors Quality Management Inc. is a rapidly expanding Toronto based company that specializes in the implementation of worldwide Quality Assurance, Market Research and Mystery Shopping Programs. The company services clients in a variety of different industries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person will report directly to The Operations Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

· Posting advertisements for potential recruitment purposes;
· Recruiting and hiring shoppers;
· Coordinating shops and shoppers according to procedures;
· Coordinating all shop dates to ensure completion as per client requests;
· Trouble shooting duplicate assignments, duplicate dates, missing Shops/locations, incorrect/contradictory information presented to Shoppers;
· Keeping shopper database current with active shoppers;
· Communicating effectively with the Operations and Editing Departments in order to keep Shopper Resources information current;
· Represent SQM on Mystery Shopping Public Forums;
· Any other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills (both written and oral) are required for this position. In addition, the ability to coordinate multiple projects and multi-task assignments are important skills. A critical eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills are a must. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as being an active member of the team. Experience and comfort in a computerized environment is essential to the position. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet is mandatory, and an understanding of Lotus Notes would be desirable. Enthusiasm, energy and a goal/results oriented attitude are prerequisites. Preference will be given to bilingual applicants especially those with a proficiency in English, French and Spanish. Success in this position lends itself to career advancement within the organization.
