Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - $38K + commission (Markham)

Position: Bilingual French Inside Sales Representative
Industry: Telecommunications
Salary: $38,000/year + commission
Job type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Markham (Warden and Steeles)
Responsibilities
1. Answering all incoming inquiries from clients, customers in regards to their phone, plan, upgrades
2. Provide excellent customer service in regards to their account and inquiries
3. Update and maintain customer account via CRM
4. Make calls to potential new clients or existing clients and sell or upgrade new Bell features, and soft/hardware
5. Ensure proper Activation of account
6. Reach certain targets and quotas as defined by supervisor
Qualifications
1. 2-3 years in the telecom industry – preferably Retail
2. High School Diploma
3. Energetic/ sales oriented
4. Excellent communication skillsAbility to deal wit
5. Ability to deal with all types of customers
6. Patient and adhering attitude
7. Easy going and relaxed
