Bilingual French Remarketing Associate - $18/hour (Markham)

Position: Remarketing Associate - Bilingual French
Company: Auto Manufacturer
Salary: $18/hour
Job type: 6 – month contract
Hours: Must be flexible to work from either 8:30am-4:30pm or 12pm-8pm
Location: Markham (Warden and Steeles)
Responsibilities
• Monitor and close lease accounts in a timely and client centric manner
• Mitigate losses and deprecation of leases.
• Re- branding company products and services.
• Aiding customers with their End of Term lease options
• Educating customers with the various loyalty programs available and financial / contractual obligations.
• Assist dealers so they may resolve and minimize problems when dealing with leased accounts.
• Supporting managers, team leaders and other associates with administrative support and sales expertise.
• Producing and summarizing reports such as over- terms, customer remarketing performance, leased vehicle extension analysis and survey analysis for the NH Circle.
• Generating solutions to revise current procedures and to increase departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of Call Centre Customer Service experience.
• Ability to multi-task
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• College Diploma or University Degree.
