Reception/Office Coordinator (Mississauga (Dixie/Queensway))

Duties:
- General daily reception and client greeting, including tracking showroom traffic-for designers and referral/marketing references
-Answer the overflow calls from the phone system, Sales and Corporate
-Maintain and update company phone directory
-Oversee general maintenance ie: lights, cleaning and upkeep of showroom
-Coordinate parcel receipts and deliveries
-Coordinate showroom schedule with Designers and Part-time reception
-Maintain monthly sales and reporting the monthly forecast based on regular communication with sales staff
-Coordinate office supply purchases
-Prepare customer care packages
-Data Entry
-Respond to general inquiries via phone, on-line, email
-Manager online booking system for boardrooms
-General office duties
Experience/Education:
-College Degree in Design or equivalent work experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Customer service orientated
-Must be able to prioritize
-Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
This position could lead to future Junior Design role.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
