Need Audio engineer to help with setup (Yonge and Eglinton)

Hello,
I am looking for an engineer/technician to assist me with setting up my Digidesign Command8 control surface and have it communicate with PT 8 m-powered. I am having a heck of a time setting up this unit. The computer will not detect the driver, thus it will not communicate with the software. I downloaded the drivers of the Avid site with now luck. I am running window 7 64 bit with all authentic software.
