Delivery Analyst/ Junior Auditor- $14-16/hr-30-32k/yr-North York (North York )

Our industry leading transportation client is currently looking to hire a Delivery Analyst/Junior Analyst for their liquid chemical division.
Location: North York
Salary: $14-16/hr or 30-32k/year
Contract: 2 months, with possible extension based on performance and business needs
Hours: 8-4, Monday-Friday

Operations are highly specialized, therefore they will be providing the candidate with extensive training
Job Duties:
- Analyze internal documentation in detail to document rate discrepancies and make recommendations for possible solutions
-Work closely with various levels of management to address payroll and customer billing issues
- Resolve milage issues on a daily basis; compare compensation information submitted by employees to system records
-Administer daily delivery report: Analyze the order delivered the previous day to ensure that rates are correct and included in report, update delivery times, work with dispatch to gather any missing information, advise clients of any extra usage.
Job Requirements:
-Very strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong decision making skills and the wiillingness/ability to respectfully challenge colleagues and superiors in order to support the mandate position
-The ability to learn new skills, processes and concepts quickly
-A strong aptitude for math, problem solving and auditing
-Rational thought process and ability to apply logic to moderately complex scenarios
-Strong attention to detail
-University degree, college diploma or post-graduate certificate in accounting, finance or business
-Transportation industry experience an asset
