About the Role:
Full cycle accounting
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations
General ledger reconciliation
Preparing customer invoices, receiving customer payments, applying and reconciling the payments against outstanding customer invoices
Performing collection calls on outstanding customer invoices
Posting supplier/vendor invoices and preparing cheques for payments
Perform bi-weekly payroll entry
Preparing financial statements
Assorted office duties
Additional Info:
Part time likely 1-2 days/week required.
Wage $13-$15 depending on experience.
About You:
1 to 3 years general accounting experience
Expertise with Quickbooks
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, customer service skills.
Spoken French and Spanish languages an asset.
Post secondary diploma in accounting or related education
