Customer Response Inc. is looking to hire an Bilingual French & English speaking Customer Service Representative for our Customer Care Call Center in Downtown Toronto
- You MUST speak both French & English fluently to apply for this job ***
This is an “INBOUND ONLY” customer care agent position.
We service our prepaid phone card customers in Canada, the US & Mexico.
There is NO sales of any kind, NO cold calling, NO telemarketing – ONLY inbound calls from our prepaid customers.
Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and be “flexible” with their schedules.
This is a part-time leading to full-time position.
College & university students are welcome to apply!
We also welcome applicants who have previously applied in the past.
Customer Service Office Hours of Operation:
Weekdays Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Weekends Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
