Corporate Sales Coordinator ************************************************************************

The Corporate & Group Sales department is pleased to announce the position of Corporate Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Sales.

The key areas of responsibility for this position include:

* Provide administrative support to the corporate sales team * Organize and maintain department correspondents via email and internal meetings * Schedule and plan trade shows and events * Keep updated records of current sales vs. previous year’s sales, and current targets for all aspects of the business * Keep an accurate record of departmental expenditures vs. budget; including filing * Respond to all incoming corporate sales inquiries (i.e. phone, email, fax, web, etc.) and refer inquiries to Regional Account Managers * Conduct outbound calls to generate new business * Assist Executive Director with administrative tasks * Assist the Account Managers to execute corporate sales awareness programs (i.e. direct mail, e-newsletters, phone calls) * Manage CRM database and ensure that all records are up-to-date.

The ideal candidates will be detail oriented and have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. It is essential that the individual can work well in a team environment and has the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft CRM are required. Theatre operations experience is preferred. Bilingualism in both French and English would be considered an asset.
