Web developer (Thornhill)

If you are a Rock-star developer, then we would be the right match for you.
We are a startup in the web/mobile solutions, launching shortly. We are looking for software engineer or web developer (on contract, or full-time basis) to help develop/code our solution, initially on the web and then on mobile platform (Blackberry, iPhone, but expanding onto the Android). Specifically looking for someone with experience in working on Content Management Systems (CMS), search engines, and/or GPS apps.
Skill-set we're looking for is the following:
Web:
-Strong expertise on MVC Architecture, Architecture design, ERD modeling, System modeling,
- Proficient in Object Orient Design, with expert-level knowledge in Java, J2EE (EJB3), Hibernate, Struts,
- Strong in PHP, MySQL, Python, web and rich internet application development
- HTML 5, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS etc.
Mobile:
- 1+ years of BlackBerry development experience and/or other platform development experience
- Expert in wiring iPhone SDK based apps with RESTful,Webservices,XML based systems
- iPhone / smartphone web development experience is an asset, but not required.
Eduction:
- University or College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or equivalent. PhD and Masters preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong analytical design skills
