Social Media Expert / Web Designer (Dupont and Christie, Toronto)

iNTERFACEWARE is looking for a social media expert with experience in web development and/or design to join our team. We develop, market and sell a highly intuitive HL7 middleware integration engine for the healthcare industry.

A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. There will always be multiple "pots on the fire" so you should be comfortable shifting from task to task quickly, and maintain a strong sense of urgency to keep everything going smoothly.
Because the role will involve a mix of strategy and design, we're looking for someone who is comfortable with both development and design concepts. This role will offer ample opportunities to shine in your areas of expertise and plenty of room to learn and grow your skills from our in-house development, design and marketing teams.
An ideal candidate will be experienced in and comfortable moving between tasks that include:
Web design: HTML/CSS/Flash/JavaScript
Planning and executing SEO and SEM campaigns
Creating videos and other viral content creations
Maintaining social media projects including blogging, networking and other customer outreach initiatives
A great candidate would understand how all of these tasks work together to form the beginnings of an overall social media presence.
