Payroll Administrator (Downtown)
at Human Resources in Toronto
We are looking for someone with a strong outgoing personality to work within a small administration team which you will be an intregal part of.
The position will cross over a number of responsibilities with the primary ones being Reception and Payroll set in a manufacturing enviroment.
Duties:
-answering incoming phone calls
-arranging courier pickups
-in house bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff of approximately 60
-bank deposits daily or as required
-distribution of daily mail
-invoicing
-maintenance of safety supplies
-maintenance of office stationery requirements
-updates to telephone system
-general office duties
Requirements:
-5 years experience in an office setting
-Working knowledge of automated payroll processing
-Ability to prioritize responsibilities
-excellent communication skills and phone manner
