An effective and charismatic leader, you are a consummate professional with a list of accomplishments that you’re not done building on. Your proven track record in personal production is complemented by the ability to train and develop new staff, and to create and mentor an accomplished, motivated, winning team. Primary responsibilities will include running a full desk, driving an existing client base and developing new clients, as well as the management and ongoing development of a staff of four, growing the division to ten-plus consultants with a target goal of 5 million. You have at minimum 5-10 years’ staffing agency experience. Lucrative compensation leading to an equity position. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person.
