Responsibilities include delivering high quality service to clients and potential job seekers, evaluating and interviewing prospective candidates, matching candidate qualifications against client needs, developing rapport with clients and candidates, developing submissions, and performing administrative tasks required to support the recruitment/placement process.
Successful candidates must have excellent communication and people skills, experienced with Microsoft Office tools, time management, organizations and interpersonal skills. It would be highly desirable for the candidate to possess education. Experience within Hospitality or Sales would also be desirable. Positions exist within Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, and Manufacturing/Engineering Divisions.
