Trainer - Software Trainer - Full time or contract
Previous experience trainining providing HIRS or Payroll software training a must
Overview
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering HR/HRIS/Payroll software training to clients thoughout Ontario. This role requires extensive throughout Ontario.
Duties/Taskes
Create and update HRIS courses, training materials including Participant Guides, course maps and presentations.
Deliver co-facilitated, instructor-led training to selected healthcare organizations in the use of a Payroll and Human Resources Management Software Solution.
Meet assigned deliverables and deadlines as defined within the Training Plan and Schedule.
Create and deliver web-based training through online software tools (e.g. WebEx).
Conduct training session surveys and provide feedback towards continuous improvement of training sessions.
Experience
in creation of educational materials to support the training strategy e.g. participant guides, facilitator guides, etc.
Experience Required
Delivered training in Human Resources and Payroll software applications
Course design and development experience to support educational requirements and best practices focusing on an interactive learning approach and strategy.
Ability to apply adult learning principles to address different learning styles and situations.
Facilitation skills that support a varying number of class sizes and participants from different organizations.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new software.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience in delivering training to a range of diverse participants and class sizes
Experience in co-facilitation.
