Our client in the public sector is looking for a bilingual inbound call center agent.
Type: Temporary
Industry: Public Sector
Salary: 14.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Provide program information on telephone.
Call transfers to other departments
Qualifications:
Proficiency in French and English as required
Ability to grasp and relay program information acquired through training (training is provided on specific program content and procedures)
Ability to identify program in question
Able to deal with potentially irate callers
Pleasant mannerism
Ability to use a personal computer, used to maintain call statistics and to look up program information
Call Centre experience within a fast pace environment
Customer Service experience
Must be proactive and able to work independently
