Project Administrator - Project Administrator - Travel & Expense (Downtown Toronto)

We strategically design, manage, deliver and operate large-scale information management programs and projects across the healthcare sector. Our consultants, which include expert practitioners, technologists, project managers, business managers and executives, have extensive backgrounds in the healthcare sector.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - Expense and Travel (Healthcare)
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE - Travel & Expense Administration including:
• Experience in event planning, including travel and expense coordination
• Experience organizing all travel arrangement
Overview
• Meeting coordination: scheduling, agenda content gathering, material distribution, receiving external attendees, boardroom setup and other duties as required
• Information distribution: outgoing mail & packages / electronic materials via e-mail, incoming mail & packages and preparation of outgoing distribution materials
• Document handling: production and distribution
• List management: contact/distribution lists, information lists
• Additional tasks: impromptu project tasks as required
Knowledge and Experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Visio & MS Project is an asset
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in co-ordination is an asset
• Experience in the health sector is an asset
• Interest in business processes and practices
Primary Skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work with and relate to team members and external stakeholders
• Resourceful
• Individual Accountability, and Integrity
