HotdogTree INC is looking for a experienced QA Test Lead!
We are looking for someone to manage a team of testers. The ideal candidate would be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and have a lot of experience leading a team of testers or management of a QA project.
The responsibilities of this role are :
- Managing a team of 5+ QA analysts
- Excellent communication, organizational and written skills.
- Manages the planning and executing of a QA project for an enterprise system.
- Creating test strategy documentation
- Creating and presenting reports
- Lead and drive meetings with business team and development teams
- Problem solve issues as the arise
Required Skills
- 5+ years of being heavily involved in the QA process
- Experience leading a team of testers or managing a project
- Expert in vendor software and customization
- Strong knowledge of system interfaces
- Strong understanding of business processes
Required Technical Knowledge
- HP Quality Center and/or HP Test Director
Good to have Knowledge
- SQL Server 2005
- Citrix Server
- MySQL
- IBM Enterprise Service Bus
- XML, WebServices, Sockets
- Crystal Reports

Rate is $70/hr and this role requires 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. This is a contract position for 8 months with possibility of extension.
