Job Description

I am seeking two (2) Testers to join our team.

CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS (SERVICES)

Deliverables

• Analyze the requirements and software architecture of the MIS Infrastructure and provide timely and proactive feedback
• Based on the requirements and architecture, contribute to the test plan and define test cases that will be used for integration, functional, system, regression and user acceptance testing
• Participate in the creation of manual or automated test scripts, which support identified test cases
• Create test data, execute test automation tasks and maintain requirements to test traceability matrix (all requirements must be tested)
• Provide structured test execution feedback as well as structured test results analysis
• Participate in the process of defining and creating test environments and needed tools
• Assist with release and change management and quality checkpoints through the development lifecycle
• Review requirements designs and develop the document comprehensive test and implementation plans
• May build, configure and execute automated testing and automates regression testing
• Maintain Quality Assurance Standards for test plans, test execution and other QA processes and procedures
• Manage release follow-up and post-mortems as necessary
• Approach work and communication with team members in a proactive fashion

• Participate in the creation of documentation as required

Qualifications

Knowledge / Experience

• Experience in system/functional, performance & UAT testing experience, executing manual and automated tests for any IT implementation
• Experience in Quality Assurance Activities specifically for Human Resource and Payroll Applications
• Experience in directly conducting user-acceptance testing for any module of Quadrant HR application.
• Experience in creating SIT and UAT test plans for a HR and Payroll application release.

• Experience in working in the Ontario Community Health Industry
