IT Specialist (Woodbridge)

IT Specialist wanted to provide technical support to company computer systems and related devices. You will carry out hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades. You will support LAN and WAN including site to site and client to site VPN connections, VOIP and firewall/router devices. You will work in Windows environment that includes Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 servers. This will include support for AD, Exchange, backup, fax, web servers (IIS 6 and 7). You will also provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Storis POS and eBridge EDI software.
You will interact with internal and external clients on all levels to help resolve IT related issues and provide answers in a timely manner. You will identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change and manage the process of innovative change effectively.
