Completed Secondary School/College Diploma
Min. 5 years of work experience in a Customer Service Call Centre Environment.
Professional attitude and presentation skills, excellent communication skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer’s problems efficiently
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and network email skills
Effective team player, able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Work experience background in the wireless cell phone industry, or other consumer electronics and appliances Call Centre experience is a must.
