Working with in the Global support group the Intermediate Support Engineer will be responsible for remotely supporting customers in a break fix environment. This role requires someone with very strong interpersonal, customers service and communication skills. You will need solid knowledge of VMWare products (ESX, Workstation or Fusion) and experience with multiple operating environments (Windows, Linux, or OS X).
