Dibon Solutions - RNC Engineer (Toronto, Montreal )

Our company Dibon Solutions has the following requirmenet in Toronto, Canada.
Typically 3-4 years NSN RNC experience mostly with 3G WCDMA products. Knowledge of RNC2600 and IP RAN preferrable Formal technical training with an AA or Bachelors degree in engineering discipline. Candidates will be expected to independently execute network operations tasks. They will also be supporting to train customer staff in these tasks through OJT.
Network Monitoring: Capable to monitor network alarms and performance via MML and OSS tools. Perform tier1 troubleshooting on problems found in the network to recover directly or support tier2 for troubleshooting.
Configuration Management: Support parameter changes, new site build and integration, feature activations, rehomes, and other configuration management tasks utilizing MML and OSS tools.
Regular Maintenance: maintains RAN elements through regular maintenance tasks such as: loading of new software, maintenance of regular fallbacks of RNC and OMS SW, hardware maintenance, and spare parts management.
Additionally engineer will support customer staff to build knowledge and understanding of NSN platform, documentation, and general operations and maintenance activities.
