Client Information Specialist
Status: Full Time:
Location: Downtown Toronto
Salary: Depending Upon Experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service in receiving and providing 1st level resolution to queries from clients, the project team and any other interested parties
• Record, manage, & resolve incidents using the provided ticket tracking application. Understand and handle client inquiries with minimum supervision.
• As assigned, respond to technical/application support inquiries that originate in the form of an email.
• Work with Information Technology department to resolve issues reported by the organizations.
• Work closely with Implementation Analysts to ensure configuration satisfies Business Requirements.
• Work closely with Implementation Analysts to ensure configuration satisfies Business
• Requirements. Assist organizations with implementation configuration as requested following Business
• Plan as defined by SME.
• Excellent customer service experience with a focus on business support
• Call Centre structure (i.e. most of the day is spent at a desk)
• Supports multiple projects, with possible cross training on other projects
Required Qualifications/Experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary
• Experience in co-ordination is an asset
• Excellent customer service experience with a focus on business support
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment/new Support Centre; building documentation and processes, process improvements etc.
• Sector experience varies by project, but Healthcare support centre would be an asset
