Shop Manager – Truck Fleet (Job # 488)
Mississauga, ON

A multi-location, North American leader in Logistics and Transportation Solutions with near 5 decades of history is seeking a Shop Manager for their GTA West location. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years Supervisory & Mechanical experience, be extremely computer proficient and have experience with financial budgets. Journeyman/Interprovincial certification in Truck repair is a necessity for this role.

You will be responsible for:

•Ensuring the delivery of timely, efficient and cost effective repairs
•Implementing sound business management practices to provide Customer Service Excellence to all internal and external customers
•Motivate, oversee and develop 15-20 direct reports
•Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs
•Provide exceptional customer service

Compensation for this opportunity is $70,000 to $75,000 per annum (Depending on Experience), boot allowance, company cell phone and benefits after probation period.
