Outbound Sales

Seeking 3 – 5 customer service agents to work in call centre environment. Making outbound calls to both new and existing customers selling advertising space in publication.

- Good spelling and grammar skills. – Experience with inbound/outbound calling mandatory! – Good typing and proofreading skills an asset. – Up selling – 3 – 5 years of experience in a customer service/call centre role a must! – 2 years outbound sales experience required!

Typical Shift (not guaranteed):

M, T, W, F: 11:00am – 7:00 pm
Sat: 10:00am – 4:00 pm
