Condominium Manager required for a Toronto portfolio located in North York.
Portfolio consists of three buildings with approximately 400 units. Part-time site admininstrator.
Must have 3+ years experience in the management of condominium High-rise buildings.
Strong Knowledge of the condominium act, building systems, attend board meetings and supervision of staff.
Excellent communication, computer and written skills.
