Accent RF can be used to treat loose sagging skin anywhere on the body. The procedure is frequently used to treat the thin, loose and 'crepey' skin often found on the face, gowls and neck. It is also excellent for firming skin on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, breasts and under the upper arms.
The Accent is a radiofrequency device using both unipolar and bipolar radiofrequency. It causes heating in the deep skin and the fatty tissue (up to 6 mm in the bipolar, and 4 cm in the unipolar modes). This type of treatment causes breakdown of fatty pockets/cellulite and the tightening of skin. Most individuals require a series of treatments to achieve optimal results.
