WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are in search for our YEAR ROUND Retail team executing various events within our Household Needs & Food Categories at different retail banners across Canada! This is an ideal & challenging position for self-motivated individuals who have some retail and sales experience and are looking to work between 0-24 hours per week! This means that there may be some weeks during which you do not work, or during which time you attend training. You must be comfortable with a fluctuating schedule with 2 weeks advance notice.
Successful ambassadors will be responsible to visit stores within a set territory, to sell and explain the benefits of various products. The product that you are promoting will change on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. You will be provided with top level training and managerial support. You will become the client's sales ambassadors, and responsible to vehicle brand awareness.
The role will require a strong sales orientation, great initiative, and excellent presentation and communication skills. You will have quotas and targets to meet for the program and fun group incentives to work towards. You will be working in a store by yourself so need to be independent. This is the ideal program for someone who has some past sales experience or who has a true passion for explaining the benefits of top CPG products.

Have you heard of Sunlight? Who hasn't right? Well, this amazing brand is offering consumers a great experience in retail stores highlighting the new GREEN technology of Sunlight.
You will be responsible for driving awareness and trial of this brand for your first year round team execution for two weeks & than move onto another exciting opportunity!
We need enthusiastic and mature people to work in-store to promote and increase sales. You would be working Thursday through Sunday (for a total of 24 hours) at peak periods to ensure successful numbers and great impact.
Thursday- Friday: 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10:30 am- 5:30 pm
Please note we are looking for independent and reliable individuals as you will be working on your own for the duration of the marketing program. Most importantly, we look for committed individuals who can handle objections and still get a positive impact in store.
All product training will be provided and sales experience is an asset.
Ambassadors must be willing to be Food Certified (costs to be covered by Mosaic Sales Solutions)
Year Round Team Contract end date: Mid December 2009 (Depends on Brand Ambassador Performance)
Based on your performance; you will have the opportunity for extension with our year round team!
