The Senior Buyer position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Services. Responsibilities include the planning, execution and coordination of
procurement assignments for consultant services including studies, research and IT projects. Includes working with the client to develop the scope of
work, preparing the Request for Proposal, Pre-qualification and/or Expression of Interest documents, proposal evaluation, approvals and contract
negotiations. Act as an information resource to requisitioners and suppliers.
Essential Knowledge:
· Previous consulting and project related procurement experience and training including practical knowledge of commercial practices,
procurement policies and procedures
· Requires knowledge and experience of SAP to create Purchase Orders and invoice resolution
· Understanding of contract law
· Ability to negotiate agreements
· C.P.P. Designation preferred

2. Supply Chain Services
Business Analyst
This position will support the Manager of Business Controls to implement Supply Chain Management processes in the Supply Chain
Line of Business. You will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes
to business processes, policies and information systems. You will show an understanding of Supply Chain business problems and
opportunities and will recommend solutions that enable the Line of Business to achieve its goals. This position requires an
Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent business experience.
Accountabilities:
· Analyzes the procurement and supply chain activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and
best practices. Presents findings and works to the Manager of Business Controls and other personnel to identify and
implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
· Performs procurement documentation reviews (i.e. RfP, RfT, RfQ, PO, etc) to ensure consistency of execution to policy and
procedures. Identifies weaknesses, gaps and areas of improvement and prepares recommendations to process
improvements or training opportunities.
· Designs and develops data reports, visual aids, presentations, and new reporting capabilities that measure supply chain
performance (KPI’s).
Competencies / Skills :
· Consulting and project related procurement experience and training including practical a knowledge of commercial practices,
procurement policies and procedures, and contract law.
· SAP experience in SRM, ECC and BI environments is an asset.
· 2-5 years experience in Supply Chain Business Analysis.
· Ability to adapt to fast pace and growing environment.
