Metal Finishers
Our client in Woodbridge is looking for METAL FINISHERS who are flexible to work day, afternoon and night shifts.
This is a 3 MONTH CONTRACT - PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
Must have at least 1 YEAR of metal finishing experience
- Perform metal finishing of parts using appropriate power and hand tools (grinders, sanders, files, hammers, body spoons, sandpaper, blocks, etc.)
- Experience with visual parts inspection: compare to class A metal standard and make necessary corrections while adapting to increasing customer requirements
- Must be able to read blue prints and document/report weld issues. i.e. length, porosity and size
- Self-dedicated and team player
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, vision and feelers to identify faulty surfaces that must be corrected
Shifts: Candidates must be flexible to work all three shifts
Days: 7am – 3pm
Afternoons: 3pm – 11pm
Nights: 11pm – 7am
