Compensation Administrator

National Home Services has a position available for a Compensation Administrator. This position, available at our corporate head office in North York, will take your skills to the next level by providing exposure to the unique issues involved in helping grow one of Canada’s fastest growing companies.
Position Highlights
• Our office is located at Yonge and Sheppard
• This position has considerable room for advancement.
• We maintain a professional and welcoming corporate work environment.
Position Duties
• Process and audit weekly commission(s) for independent third party sales offices
• Process and audit commission based compensation for internal sales efforts i.e in-house telemarketing campaigns, reaffirmation team compensation, etc.,
• Resolve escalated sales agent issues by analyzing the situation, determining appropriate solutions and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Ensure that agent cheques are issued on a timely basis.
• Ensure appropriate action with all incoming correspondence related to payroll is addressed
• Prepare and review preliminary payroll statements for accuracy and identify and resolve items which require further inspection.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of innovative client payroll solutions, integration and growth opportunities.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a MUST.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
• Be detail-oriented while meeting goals or deadlines.
• Available to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
Experience/Qualifications
• Completion of post-secondary accreditation
• Computer literate with the ability to use skills to create business solutions.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of National Home Services products, systems, policies and procedures.
