Project Control Officer – HRIS
Location: Downtown Toronto
Status: Permanent – Full Time
Project Scope:
This project is implementing a payroll and HR software solution for various organizations across Ontario to make it easier for them to keep track of the valuable services provided to clients.
Upon selection of the most appropriate software solution, all sector organizations will receive a free software license with training and upgrades for the duration of the HRIS CMH&A and HRIS CSS projects. Group 1 organizations are scheduled to complete their implementation
Overview:
1. Oversee all phases of implementation and monitor progress.
2. Responsible for control and coordination of all project plans and schedules, taking
initiative to identify conflicts.
3. Assist Project Manager and Project Leads with the development of plans and schedules.
4. Ensure project plan is updated to enable tracking and reporting of project process.
5. Issue resolution-log and control all change requests. Maintain and track change
logs/records.
Qualifications:
• The successful candidate must have a strong education background and Community Mental Health Experience
• Must have prior experience with Implementations
• Must be able to travel throughout Ontario
