Project Administrator - Healthcare exp preferred (Downtown Toronto)

Deliverables
• Provides administrative support to project team. (i.e. ordering supplies, preparing agendas and minutes)
• Maintain inventory of agencies and their compliance status and provide required metrics.
• Maintain stakeholder contacts and distribution lists.
• Point of Contact for participating agencies regarding implementation and track implementation status.
• Assist Project Leads, Project Control Officer and Project Coordinator as required.
Knowledge / Experience
• 1-2 years experience in a project or operational environment working in an administrative capacity
• Knowledge of and experience working with Ministry of Health or CSS and/or CMH&A
• Experience working on projects involving multiple concurrent organizations
• Experience with data gathering, compiling, and managing in order to support project control and administration
Primary Skills
• Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project (nice to have), Outlook
• Knowledge of Alfresco Collaborative Tool
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Required Certifications, Designation, Education
• Minimum post-secondary education at a community college or technical institute
Other
• Flexibility with work schedule
• Commitment to a collaborative project team that supports continuous improvement and meeting project deliverables
• Commitment to personal and professional development
