Requirements
5 years hairstylist (cut and/or colour)
Training or Education experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
A consistent level and energy and enthusiasm
Strong organizational skills
Aveda product knowledge (preferred, but not necessary)
