Lead UI/UX Designer
Become the fifth team member and lead designer for ProductWiki. We are one of the fastest growing startups in Canada, and with your help we'll earn the title of best designed. Your work will be seen, scrutinized, and applauded by over a million people per month.

Detailed Tasks
You'll provide the ProductWiki community with a fantastic user experience matched by an equivalently impressive great-looking design. You will work closely with the founders and other team members to come up with ongoing interface projects and strategies.
enhance the user experience by designing and building new features
implement interface projects with clean, semantic HTML, CSS and JS
continually refine existing interface elements to maintain a high level of polish
design and conduct usability tests:
analyze analytics data
A/B user testing
polls, focus groups, community feedback
create graphical elements, icons, colour palettes, etc
Requirements
ability to implement designs with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON)
extensive knowledge and experience of graphic design software (Photoshop, Expression)
experience with Javascript libraries (jQuery, DOJO, etc)
some experience with server side web languages (ASP.NET, PHP, etc) is a plus, .NET specifically
