What they do:
A well established IT Recruitment firm is seeking a Branch Manager for their Toronto office. The Branch Manager will play an integral role in driving the branch’s growth, training/mentoring and leading the delivery development of the team.
Our client is looking for a motivated professional with at least 7 years of proven successful experience in recruitment, preferably from IT Recruitment. The desire you have for being successful and ability to strengthen or develop recruitment procedures, as well as train other team members will make you very successful in this role. Can prove your success running your own desk as well as coaching/mentoring others to the same success?
If so this is an exciting leadership role for you!
What you will do:
Identify/pursue and develop new accounts through awareness of the local market, competitor activities and community growth plans.
Manage the process of recruiting and hiring branch sales and recruiting team.
Coach team members in sales and customer service techniques and conduct performance evaluations on all branch team members.
Have full P&L responsibility of the branch.
Maintain branch and client compliance for quarterly audits, and the overall development of the branch.
Develop/implement branch revenue and expense forecasts. Establish a budget and assist with the development of short and long range growth plans of the branch.
What is needed to succeed:
7+ years of proven sales performance, preferably in the IT Recruiting industry
3+ years of direct sales management experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills in person, via the phone and over email.
Expect to spend 60% of initial time conducting revenue generating activities including cold calling, sales, networking, etc. The rest of your time will be spent maintaining the operations of the branch.
A proven track record in people management and development
