TRAINER
Responsibilities
• Provides application and product training to both technical and non-technical users.
• Supports development and design of training material and plans.
• Delivers training material to both technical and non-technical users.
Experience Levels
Two (2) levels of Trainer are required:
• Level 1: 2 - 4 years of experience
• Level 2: 5+ years of experience
General Skills
• Experience in the development, design and delivery of training material for both technical
• and non-technical users at the specified experience level.
• Knowledge and experience in delivering training on specified packages and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills,
• and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
Desirable Experience
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in the Ontario healthcare sector.
• Experience in the Ontario Community Care sector.
Typical Assignment
• Assist Community Care sector organizations by developing and documenting a standard
• configuration approach (in conjunction with software solution) to ensure effective
• implementations.
• Help develop and deliver training materials for MIS standards and software solution.
• Assist with the creation and follow-through of detailed training plans.
