Macintosh Repair Technician
Canadian Computer Outlet has been Oakville's Apple Specialist since 1987. Our retail location features both Sales and Service, serving Corporate and retail business.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, technically-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Macintosh Repair Technician. This is a full time position working in our Service Department with the potential of visiting customers in and around the town of Oakville.
Responsibilities:
- Desktop and laptop repairs
- Telephone & help desk support
- Hardware and software installations
- Some administrative duties
Required:
- demonstrable computer troubleshooting and repair skills
- the ability to learn new things in a fast paced environment
- excellent customer service skills
- the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- organization and communication skills
Preference will be given to applicants with Apple Macintosh experience Certification training will be provided.
