Support Consultant, Microsoft Navision (Downtown Toronto)

Primary responsibilities:
-Managing the support process, including taking incoming support requests via phone and email and logging them in the CRM Support system.
-Interacting directly with clients, analyzing business and technical issues related to the NAV system and portal product extensions.
-Working diligently to close all support requests in a timely manner with ample quality assurance.
-May be engaged to test Products, including extensions to NAV as well as Portal products that link to NAV.
-May be engaged to support the delivery of specific tasks on active NAV system implementations.
Requirements:
-2+ years of business experience, preferably in the finance, accounting and/or payroll area.
-2+ years experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft NAV (Navision) solutions required.
-An accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA) would be a definite asset.
-Strong client focus and proven consulting experience.
-Certification in NAV Financials required.
-Certification in NAV Development a definite asset.
-Excellent communication skills, critical for documentation of requirements, liaising with development staff and training clients
