Bilingual POS Analyst
Location: Markham, Ontario

Responsible to provide total quality service and support for POS applications and POS terminals to merchants and other merchant support departments.
Qualifications
¨ Previous work experience in a bilingual customer service environment required.
¨ Bilingual in French required.
¨ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) required.
¨ Ability to communicate technical information effectively to customers, troubleshoot problems and apply excellent service skills.
¨ Flexibility in scheduling required.
¨ Knowledgeable in PC hardware/software.
¨ Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and constant background noise.
¨ Ability to work as a member of a team.
¨ High school grad or GED equivalent required.
