Seeking Overnight Technical Support Representatives (Markham)

The following position is to be filled immediately:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- This position provides over the phone technical, business process and operating expertise to customers about their Internet issue, and is empowered to take necessary actions to resolve the issue.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Respond to inbound client calls, delivering fast and efficient service assisting clients with their needs.
- Resolve problems at first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner and refer more complex situations to senior staff.
- Document all information clearly, concisely and effectively in the client file, in accordance with department guidelines and patterns of practice.
- Adhere to compliance routines in carrying out transactions specific to call quality objectives.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Technical phone support experience within a call centre environment is a must.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Developed problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with home Internet troubleshooting,
- Knowledge of computer peripherals and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
POSITION TYPE:
- This is a full time employment (40 hours minimum).
- Starting pay is $15 per hour, but will vary based on skills and experience (Hourly paying position with NO benefits.)
SCHEDULES:
- This position is for Overnight shifts only ( Two monthly rotation between weekday nights and weekend nights). Our department is open 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. Candidates must be ready to work this shift to apply.
TRAINING:
- Full training for this position will be provided.
