Operations Assistant (Markham)

ASG is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Operations Assistant.
The requirements for this role are the following:
Primary duties:
• Must be have min of 1 year experience in security, in particular experience in Operations or as Site Supervisor, or Security Guard duties
• Read and analyze reports, email reports to clients
• Assist with operational issues, investigate issues
• Assist with site set up and take down procedures
• Assist the scheduler on a need basis
• Assist with administrative duties, data entry, update post orders
• Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures, assist with disciplinary actions
Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and abilities
• Task focused, Able to meet strict deadlines
• Coordinate and handle different types of duties
• Able to work in a very fast paced work environment, able to cope with stress
• Ability to multi-task and make sound judgment and decision making
• Is alert, aggressive and firm
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, polite personality
• Ability to handle information with confidentiality, be diplomatic
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
