Property Administrator/Manager (Markham)

Our Client in Markham is looking for candidates that must have residential commercial administration experience and willing to work as an independent contractor. A minimum of three to four years experience is required. You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, be able to handle tenant inquiries and direct them, prepare all tenant and supplier correspondence to include tenders, contracts, notices, budgets, assist Property Managers with their day to day administration requirements. Candidates must have intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, Power Point, and to be considered an asset, will be functional and efficient in a challenging and fast paced environment with ongoing people interaction both from inside and outside partners. Candidates must have residential/commercial and administration experience to be considered. Our client is looking for a positive attitude with the ability to work with minimal direction and sound common sense required.
