P/T Reception Position in Downtown Real Estate Office (Downtown Toronto)

Downtown Toronto Royal LePage is seeking a candidate to fill a part-time administrative position. Hours consist of 2-3 weeknights (5-9) and most weekends (Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-5). Qualified candidates will encompass the following skills:
- Real Estate reception experience
- Ability to use Quick! software
- Pleasant phone etiquette
- Punctual, courteous, friendly and outgoing
- Great command of the English language
- Good oral and written skills
- Ability to pick up new tasks with ease
- Administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer knowledge
