Volunteer Coordinator for Film Event (Richmond Hill)
at Human Resources in Toronto
Volunteer help needed from now to the event day August 5 2009. Time is flexible.
I need coordinators to contact the the News Media and VIPs:
1) coordinate and send out invitation to our press conference July 27, or 28.
2) follow up with their attendance
3) prepare and send out press releases, etc.
4) help out at the press conference and the event day.
