HACCP COORDINATOR (BRADFORD)

Our client, an established meat processing and manufacturing company, is seeking a HAACP Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will implement, maintain, and improve HAACP procedures.
Job Duties:
-Design, implement, and maintain HAACP programs such as HAACP procedures and plans, corrective actions, and documentation
-Train staff on GMP, SOP, and HAACP procedures and safety practices
-Complete CVS tasks with the CFIA
-Keep accurate QA/QC records and technical reports
-Liaise often with the Programs Manager
-Report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
Requirements:
-Food Science Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
-2 years of relevant experience within a food or beverage company
-Continued Education/Certifications in HAACP, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance considered an asset

Salary: Based upon experience
