Location: Vaughan, On
Monexgroup is looking for an In-House licensed Paralegal. The incumbent will provide the Company with legal guidance and contract management assistance on a broad range of complex legal agreements, to help ensure contracts are legally acceptable and achieve the Company’s business goals without disproportionate risk to the Company, and manage all litigation small claims court files. The incumbent will;
• Attending and preparation of all small claims court matters
• Specializing in Debt and recovery
• Administrative correspondence such as day to day operations
• Ensure advice is practical, and delivered on a timely basis, and address competing priorities appropriately amongst the various files
• Communicate laws and compliance measures
• Have 3 to 5 years of significant Paralegal experience
